The Division of Coastal Resources Management (DCRM) will be holding a public hearing for the proposed construction and operation of the Lucking Hotel project.
The USA Fanter Corp., Ltd. is proposing to construct a four-story hotel building with 39 rooms and 28 parking stalls including 1 ADA parking on Adetfa Street in Garapan, Saipan. The first floor will consists of 28 automated parking with 1 ADA, a small office, service elevator, water catchment, and a backup generator. The second, third, and fourth floor will include thirteen (13) guest rooms on each floor.
Written comments can be submitted to the DCRM Office, Suite 305, Gualo Rai Center, Middle Road, Gualo Rai, Saipan, or mailed to the Division of Coastal Resources Management, P.O. Box 501304, or sent by fax at 664-8315. The project files are open for review and comments during regular business hours from 7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. All written and oral comments received by DCRM will be included as part of the permit application records and will be considered in any decisions concerning the proposed projects.
