SLUMP Stakeholder Meeting


March 8, 2018

The public is invited to participate in a public forum to discuss next steps on March 8, 2018, at a 5pm at the Hyatt Regency.

Comments may be submitted to DCRM via email at permitting@dcrm.gov.mp or hard copies may be provided to our office. It is the intent of DCRM to use feedback gathered at this forum to inform next steps in management planning for the Saipan Lagoon. Applications for permissible activities will continue to be reviewed on a case by case basis until designated activity areas are formalized through this process.  Consideration of new watersports permits and operations areas will resume upon the adoption of new BECQ-DCRM regulations pertaining to marine spatial planning for the Saipan Lagoon.
