All DCRM government records shall be available for inspection by any person pursuant to the Open Government Act as established in 1 CMC §§ 9901 – 9916.

Requests submitted shall be routed to the DCRM Director and Legal Counsel for review and approval. Please call (670) 664-8300 if you have questions about the Open Government Act or about submitting your request. Please note that if copies of documents are being requested, an administrative fee of $.50 per page and $1.00 per map must be charged and processed before copies can be provided.
