DCRM Permitting and Enforcement
Permits are intended to help development and uses minimize impacts to the environment. The DCRM Enforcement Team helps ensure compliance with DCRM Rules and Regulations including permit requirements and conditions. If you see an activity you think may be harmful to the environment or a situation that is presenting a public health risk you can use the Reef Report App to notify the proper responding parties.
