The Division of Coastal Resources Management (DCRM) will be holding a public hearing for the proposed construction and operation of the Art Ridge Village Homes. The Triple J Saipan-Art Ridge Village Homes, LLC is proposing to construct the Art Ridge Village Homes apartment building on privately leased properties on Beach Road in Garapan, Saipan, at the current Triple J Motors location. The proposed Art Ridge Village Homes development will be a 7-story low-income apartment building with 48 units in total. Each floor will consist of eight units with each unit having three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each apartment measures about 1,500 square feet and will include an energy efficient refrigerator, range/oven, an air conditioner and ceiling fans, solar water heaters, typhoon shutters, parking and other amenities.
The public hearing for this project is scheduled for Monday, July 23, 2018, 5PM at the BECQ Main Conference Room, 2nd Floor.
