Open to PublicJoin BECQ as we kickoff our month-long celebration with a roadside waving to recognize the importance and significance of our ocean. Waving will begin at 4:30 PM @ Minachom Atdao, Susupe.
Use your creativity to make awesome, eye-catching signs in honor of our ocean. Don't forget to use sun protection such as sunscreen, sunglasses, long-sleeves, and a hat!

Cleanup supplies such as trash bags, gloves, and hand sanitizer will be available on-site. Please bring your reusable water bottles to the event - water jugs for refilling will be available. Trash hauling and disposal will be taken care of by BECQ.
Don't forget some sun protection! Wear reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and/or a hat to help protect against the sun.

9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The fair will be open to the public, free of charge, and offer a suite of activities to enjoy such as snorkeling, fishing, canoe building, and arts & crafts. Local jewelry such as sinahi and/or spondylus necklaces, bead necklaces, weaved products, and mwars will be available for purchase. Food vendors will be on-site and a free water refilling station will be available - just bring your reusable water bottles!
Don't forget to use sun protection like reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, long-sleeves, and a hat.
